Supermarket supports Local Farmers
More Supermarkets are supposed to help the
local Community in Zambia, because they are taking away their customer base.
Importing Goods has become so important in
Zambia now, which has a huge effect on the local community that owns a farm and
used to sell their goods to the locals. But now there opportunity is gone more
goods are being shipped into Zambia from Supermarkets, which nearly sell
everything.
Through all these losses that the community
has, will they have to deal with unemployment soon, because the supermarket put
every local Zambian farmer on risk now.
This topic scopes around the business
syllabus of a recent topic, which would be in the chapter Finance all about
cash flow and where money is being invested.
The CUEGIS topics that this article talks
about would be strategy and globalization.
A Topic is Globalization because of the
awareness that more supermarkets want to ship their goods to Zambia. Through this process does the country now
rely on their suppliers to ship the goods in time to Zambia. As well do
exporting goods from one country to the other count as one huge step towards
globalization.
The Government is playing their strings and
showing off their strategy because of the loss of goods, the government
persuades supermarkets that Zambia needs their goods, because the farmers need

Malaysia Airlines
Malaysia Airline brand image hasn’t been
that positive these days, due to the last year´s plane crash into the Java Sea
and one in the Ukraine.
The firms says that their net loss is
adding up to 429 million Malaysia Ringgit, which was added up by their poor
result with the higher airport landing costs in Malaysia but it was also
contributed by their bad reputation in the plane service department.
To reduce the total cost has the company decided
to not buy new aircrafts as it had been planned, but they will start leasing
the aircrafts such as the new Airbus A350 from 2017 onwards. The deal has been
offered by the Malaysian flag-carrier holdings, which offered them lease
options of two A350-900s and two A330-900neo aircrafts.
These aircrafts are supposed to have new
features (new designed seats for economy, business and first class), which
should attract new customers.
As the Malaysia Airlines Chief
Executive Officer Christoph Müller said: “The A350 is the most technologically
advanced aircraft and we are confident that it will deliver exceptional
passenger comfort and improve the overall efficiency of our fleet", which
leads to that the Company tries very hard to win over the customers base again
with new features.
Through the new leasing options, does
the company receive new aircrafts, which therefore also create new job
opportunities for local/ Malaysian citizens, the company estimated about 6.000
new jobs will be available from the start of 2017.
This sources scopes a little bit around
the Business Management Syllabus, by touching the Human
Resource Topic; by talking about the new staff/ job spots will be available by
this strategy. As well does it touch the current topic Finance, where it talks
about the sources of Finance, which is the main topic of this article, that the
Company gets a lease, which is a long-term of finance by giving the opportunity
to pay it back in 5 years or longer.

The firm looks forward to work with the app because the firm wants to have a higher range of start-ups in the USA, because the Chinese firm has
already given money to many apps around the world, but its portfolio in the USA
is relatively small. Through this they make a big step towards the USA market,
through brand awareness of Snapchat.
Its rare
for a Chinese internet giant as Alibaba to give money to an app, that is blocked in the country China, where the Company is

For the firm to give money to the company, is just a aim and objective to have global reach, to more customers outside the Asian border. The company wants to make there $15 billion business, which is one oft he world ´s most valuable start-ups, to make a better profit and revenue until the year ends.
